Measure FeraMAX® Pd Powder 15 into level scoops (1/4 tsp measure provided). Stir into warm or room temperature water until fully dissolved. Additional water may be added to dilute FeraMAX® Pd Powder 15 to taste. Solution will turn a brown color when dissolved.

Folic acid (Folate): 200 Micrograms

- Remove the vaginal suppository from its packaging by pulling on the two pre-cut tabs of the plastic strip.
- Holding the suppository with your thumb and finger, insert it into the vagina.
- Using your finger, gently push the suppository into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. This should be done while lying on your back with your knees bent.
- Once inside the vagina, the suppository will melt. Lie down as soon as possible as this will keep the leakage to a minimum.

- Squeeze the entire contents of the single-dose Gelclair® sachet into a glass.
- Add 3 tablespoons of water (40 mL). Stir mixture well and use immediately.
- Rinse around the mouth for at least 1 minute to thoroughly coat the tongue, palate, throat, inside of cheeks, and all oral tissue. Do not swallow.
- If you are not able to rinse and gargle (e.g., in young children), you may apply the gel directly on the mucosal lesions of your mouth by using a sponge or swab.
- Gargle and spit out. Discard any unused gel or mixture.
- Wait 30 - 60 minutes before eating or drinking.

- Before certain types of examinations done by your doctor;
- To help relieve the pain from inflammation of the urinary bladder and the urethra.
Cathejell® should start to work within 5 to 15 minutes after you apply it. The effect usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes
- If you are allergic to lidocaine, any other "-caine" type anesthetics (e.g., bupivacaine, ropivacaine, mepivacaine) or any of the non-medicinal ingredients in the product (see Non-Medicinal Ingredients);
- If you have a blood disorder called methemoglobinemia;

Before you use Cathejell®, tell your doctor or pharmacist:
- About all health problems you have now or have had in the past;
- About other medicines you take, including ones you can buy without a prescription;
- If you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding

- Using your finger, gently push the suppository into the anus.
